Our space is your space and we warmingly welcome you to relax and enjoy your experience.

We gently ask all guests to please respect other salon patrons and refrain from wearing anything fragranced into the salon, as many of us are sensitive to fragrance. When booking an appointment please note that it comes to the salon as a request, this allows us to balance our books according to new and returning guests. Some stylists are busier than others and your appointment request may need to be moved to a later day.

Curlies - Prior to your appointment please prepare your hair for us in the following way, so that we can adequately see your natural curl/wave and provide you the best cut/color service possible.

• Cleanse your hair the day of or the day before your appointment, styling products can be used but please don’t overdo it

• No clips, ponytails or bobby pins

• No hats, or touques (this also disrupts the curl pattern)

• Hair must be dry and preferably styled in your natural curl (if you are unsure of how to style your curls, just leave your hair natural)

• All new curly guests in the salon please book a “NEW GUEST CURLY CUT”, this appointment is a longer time allowing your stylist to get to know you and your hair and give any education needed

• If you have long and or thick hair please make sure to add on “long/thick hair” this adds a little extra time and keeps us on track for timing

All other hair appointment guests please also prepare for your appointment by coming in with clean hair. This will also allow your stylist to give you the best cut/color service, especially as color works best on clean and build up free hair.
